Getting the right measurement for your hat is the foundation to a great hat.
If you already own a hat, check to see if the size is displayed on the tag underneath the headband. The average head size is about 57cm. However, it is important to note, sizes may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer or even from material to material due to contraction and elasticity of materials used to construct the hat.

Your hat should sit comfortably, mid forehead above your eyebrows. without feeling any pressure. The sweatband in your hat should fit snugly, but not tight. You should be able to place your index finger between your head and the sweatband. For anything less or more than this, you might need to size up or down.

Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and the items will be shipped within business days.
Any custom orders will required a 4-week processing time to manufacture and ship the items to you.

Shipping cost depends on the country and the shipping service; delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking order details.
Shipping is free for all countries in Europe. All other locations are subject to a charge depending on the destination.
Prices of items do not include custom fees and international taxes, so your order may be subject to country taxies and local duties. You as the recipient are liable for all customs, import duties and local taxes levied by the country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It’s very important to us that you’re happy with your purchase, but in the event you would like to return or exchange one of our pieces, we’ll happily accept a return of full-priced items within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Orders extending beyond the 15 day return window are not eligible for full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.
In order to return or exchange pieces, the goods must be in their original condition with all the original packaging including any tags and attachments. Any pieces that meet the following conditions will be refused:
worn items, cleaned, altered or stained. Please exercise caution when handling or trying on any items. Items must be returned to our warehouse before a refund or exchange can be issued.
Please note, all returns shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping including any associated taxes and duties. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
If your item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Kosstom is not liable for the loss or damage of items being returned.
Refunds will be made to your account within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the items.

Order no, item description, reason for exchange, indicate whether it’s a return or exchange. A new order can be placed for your chosen item once the exchange is authorized.
All our UK exchanges will receive complimentary delivery when it’s sent back you. All our exchanges are subject to item availability.
Considerable care and attention is taken to create and package your items. However, if for any reason you receive an item that is damaged or has a fault, please get in touch will us at email@example.com to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs.
Store in a hat box. Our complimentary hat boxes are expertly designed to keep your hat in pristine condition and maintain its shape over time. Store in a cool, dry place.
Spot cleaning your hat is generally recommended. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add in a mild detergent. Dab gently on the dirt spots on the hats with a damp washcloth. Tougher stains may require the use of a soft bristled brush to remove. Take extra care to avoid your straw hat becoming damp as they’re made of delicate material. Leave the hat to air dry, away from direct sunlight.
